Q: I’m a new user, how do I get started?

A: New web users, please click on "Activate on-line access" on the left hand menu, or go into the "Customer Service" link and select option 2.  You will receive your information within 24 hours. 

 

Q: I’m an existing web user, where do I go to log in?

A: Existing web users, click "Sign in" from the left menu,
or from "Customer Service", use option 1.

 

Q: I mistakenly “skipped” a delivery day I want to have service, how do I fix it? 

A: When you clicked “skip” the column for that day was grayed out.  Click on the word “deliver” at the top under the date and request the items you need, don’t forget to click submit.

 

Q: I have used the site before but I can’t log in now.

A:  Is your password at least 5 characters?  If not please “Activate on-line access”.

A:  Your phone number needs to be the same number that is listed on your home delivery account.  Please call customer service at 303.777.3055 or 1.888.226.6455 to verify this information.  You can also email us at service@royalcrestdairy.com.

 

Q: How do I update my email address?

A: Please call customer service or email from your new email address to service@royalcrestdairy.com.  We’ll delete your old profile, notify you, then you can “Activate on-line access”.

 

Q:  What is “My regular order”? 

A:  This is the order your driver will leave unless you request something different. 

This information is in the grey area to the left of the category descriptions.

There is no need to change your regular order if you simply want something different for a delivery or two.  Please use the “Upcoming delivery” section to place your special requests. 

 

Q: What do I do if I need extra milk or other products before my next delivery day?

A: Please call customer service at 303.777.3055 or 1.888.226.6455 and we will be happy to make occasional deliveries to you Monday through Friday.

 

Q: Do you deliver on holidays?

A: We deliver on all holidays that fall on your normal delivery day Monday through Friday.

 

 

Q: Where can I find your prices?

A: Please click on "Our Products" on the left hand menu, or go into the "Customer Service" link and select option 4. You can also call customer service at 303.777.3055 or 1.888.226.6455.  

 

Q: Where can I go to make comments or suggestions?

A: Please click on "Customer Service" on the left hand menu, and select option 6. 

 

Q: Where can I find the nutritional information for your products?

A: Please click on "Our Products" on the left hand menu. Once in this section click on the drop bar “choose a product category here”. You can also call customer service at 303.777.3055 or 1.888.226.6455.  

 

Q: I never received (or misplaced) my order card. Where do I go to print a new one?

A: Please click on "Customer Service" on the left hand menu, and select option 5. You can also call customer service at 303.777.3055 or 1.888.226.6455.  

 

Q: What are your Customer Service hours?

A: Customer service hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:30am to 4:00pm mountain standard time.

 

Q: What time do I need to have my order placed online if my delivery is tomorrow?

A: All orders must be placed before 7:00pm the day before your next delivery.

 

Q: How do I let my driver know what I need if it is after 7:00pm?

A: To alert your driver of changes needed to your order, please place your marked order card  between the lid and the box and your driver will leave you only what you have marked in that days column. Changes will apply only to the date that is marked.  Remember if you only need your “regular order” you don’t need to do anything but remember to bring in your products but if you need additional items please be sure to mark EVERYTHING you need on your order form.  Marking items on your order form does over ride your regular order and your driver will only leave you what is marked.

 

Q: How do I pay my bill?

A: Current customers can pay their bill by phone. Call our customer service department at 303-777-2227 or 1-888-226-6455 to use your Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit or debit card, or personal check to pay your bill over the phone. We also offer convenient automatic billing to your Visa, MasterCard or American Express or checking account. If you have online banking you can also pay your bill through your banks online services.

Q: Where do I go to download the automatic bill pay forms?

A: Please click on "Customer Service" on the left hand menu, and select option 7 for the recurring check payment form or option 8 for the recurring credit card form.

 

Q: How can I get the forms back to you?

Q: I have received my free sample, how do I sign up for service?

A: To sign up for service please call our customer service department at 303-777-3055 or 1-888-226-6455.

 

 

Helpful tips:

 

  • If you don’t want your “regular order” to be left on an upcoming delivery please remove those items not needed in the “upcoming delivery” section and request what you need.

 

  • Please be sure to click submit when you finish your request.  You may choose either submit button, the one at the top or the one at the bottom.

 

  • Please double check which section you are in when requesting your milk, as we offer both gallons and half gallons.
