Q: What is “My regular order”?
A: This is the order your driver will leave unless you request something different.
This information is in the grey area to the left of the category descriptions.
There is no need to change your regular order if you simply want something different for a delivery or two. Please use the “Upcoming delivery” section to place your special requests.
Q: I’m an existing web user, where do I go to log in?
A: Existing web users, click “My Account Logon“ located on the top banner,or from the “Home Delivery menu", select Change My Order.
Q: I mistakenly “skipped” a delivery day I want to have service, how do I fix it?
A: When you clicked “skip” the column for that day was grayed out. Click on the word “deliver” at the top under the date and request the items you need, don’t forget to click submit.
Q: I’m a new web user, how do I get started?
A: New web users, please click on "Activate on-line access" on the left hand menu, or go to the “Home Delivery" Menu and select activate account.
Q: What time do I need to have my order placed online if my delivery is tomorrow?
A: All orders must be placed before 7:00pm the day before your next delivery.
Q: I am not able to view or print your forms?
A: Some forms may require Adobe Reader to view and print forms. Please use
