Log in to your online account and click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page.
To make a payment, select Billing from the drop-down menu.
- Your current balance will be displayed at the top of the screen (reflecting deliveries through today).
- You can choose to pay the full balance or select Other Payment to enter a different amount.
- Choose your payment method—if you already have one on file, it will appear here, or you can enter a new credit card or bank account (electronic check).
- Once your information is entered, click Make Payment to process your payment.
- You’ll also have the option to enroll in Automatic Payments on this page.
- Itemized billing for individual orders is also available here.
To update your payment information, go to Account Info under MY ACCOUNT and scroll to the Payment Info section. From there, you can update your credit card or bank account details.

Our half gallon and gallon bottles labeled “Rinse & Return” should be rinsed and placed back in your milk box after use. Your milkman will pick them up on your next delivery.
All other containers are single-use and can be recycled.
Your recurring order is the set of items your driver delivers automatically on a regular schedule, based on the frequency you’ve selected—unless you make changes through your online account or with Customer Service.
To add items to your recurring order:
- Add a product to your cart and select how often you’d like it delivered
- Once added, it will automatically be included in your recurring deliveries at that frequency
To update or remove items:
- Go to My Delivery
- Select Recurring Items from the left-hand menu
- Choose the item you’d like to adjust, then update the quantity, frequency, or remove it
- Click Update Order to save your changes
To skip a single delivery:
- Click your cart to view upcoming deliveries
- Select the week you’d like to skip
- Click Skip Delivery under your scheduled items
To place a vacation hold (multiple deliveries):
- Go to My Delivery
- Select Delivery Hold from the left-hand menu
- Choose your start and end dates
- Click Add Vacation to save
