Simply send an email to avennen@royalcrestdairy.com and include your name, delivery address, and phone number.  A free sample will be arranged within 48 hours.
We do ask that you rinse and return all half gallon and gallon milk bottles to the milk box after using. All other containers we do not take back but can be recycled.
We have been proudly serving Colorado residents since 1927.  

Please click the "DO WE DELIVER TO YOUR ADDRESS?" link at the top of this page to see if we deliver to your neighborhood.
Log in to your account and click on “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of the page, then click on “Account Info”. Scroll down to Payment Info where you can click to update your Credit Card or Bank Account details. You can also contact Customer Service at 303-777-3055 to update your information over the phone.

 

Once you are logged in to your online account you can click on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page. There you will see a drop-down menu and you will need to click on BILLING. 

 

Your Current Balance is listed at the top of the screen (this is the balance for deliveries through today’s date). You also have the option to pay a different amount by selecting Other Payment.  

Next you choose your payment method. If you already have a card on file then it will show in this page. Otherwise, you can enter either a Credit Card or Electronic Check information. 

After you have entered your payment information there is a check box to with an option to Sign up for Automatic Payments if you would like to.
 

Once all payment information has been entered you can simply click on the Make Payment button and your payment will be processed.

Your username is the email address that you have on file with us.

If you need to reset your password please click on “Forgot your password” and an email will be sent to complete the reset.
Once you log in, click on “MY ACCOUNT” at the top of the page and then click on “Account Info”.  After changing your email address click on the “Update” button at the bottom of the page.
This is the order your driver will leave every week, unless you request something different via customer service representative or an online order.
Log in to your web account and you will be sent to the "Shop" page. The different product categories will be listed on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
For each product that you would like to order you have the option to change the quantity that you need or the frequency that you need for that item. You can change 
the frequency by using the drop down and selecting: Every Week, Every Other Week, Once A Month, This Week, Next Week, or a Specific Date.

After you have selected the correct quantity and frequency click on + ADD TO DELIVERY. This will place the item into your cart.

You can view your cart at anytime by clicking MY DELIVERY or by clicking on the picture of the cart. ALL CHANGES FOR YOUR NEXT DELIVERY MUST BE MADE BY 7PM THE NIGHT BEFORE FOR SCHEDULED DELIVERY.

You can also contact Customer Service at 303-777-3055 M-F 6:30am-6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am-5pm to make changes to your order.
If your normal delivery day falls on a holiday we will deliver as usual. 
Customer Service hours are Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-5:00pm .  We are available via web chat or phone call at 303-777-3055.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1994 approved the use of the rBGH or rBST- the bovine growth hormone - for use on dairy cows. At the time Royal Crest Dairy made the decision to provide milk from cows not treated with rBGH. Royal Crest's policy has been consistent over the years: We pay our farmers a premium to ensure that our customers have milk from cows not treated with the bovine growth hormone. Overwhelmingly, surveys show our customers support this policy. We pledge to maintain this commitment to the highest standards in our business.
If you have changed your password and are still unable to log in, your account may be disabled. Please call (303) 777-3055. 

If you would like to receive an email reminding you to update your order, go to My Account and Preferences. Under Notification Preferences choose how many days in advance you would like your reminder email.  

If you would like to receive text messages about your service, go to My Account and Preferences. Under the section Additional Fields click the box that says “Please send me SMS notifications (text messages).”

  1. Click your cart to view your upcoming deliveries.  
  2. Go to the week that you would like to skip your delivery. 
  3. Under the list of products that are scheduled click the Skip Delivery button. 
  4. Your delivery will now be skipped for that week 

To add items to your recurring order: 

  1. When adding product to cart choose the frequency that you would like your product to be delivered.  
  2. Add item to cart 
  3. That product has now been added to your recurring order at that frequency 

To remove items from your recurring order: 

  1. Go to My Delivery 
  2. On the left hand column choose the tab Recurring Items 
  3. Choose item that you would like to adjust the frequency of, quantity, or delete from your order.  
  4. Click Update Order to save changes.
  1. Go to My Delivery 
  2. On the left hand column choose the tab Delivery Hold 
  3. Choose the dates that you would like to start and stop your vacation hold.  
  4. Click Add Vacation

iOS: 

  1. Open royalcrestdairy.com using Safari on your phone 
  2. Tap the share icon at the bottom of the browser 
  3. From the list of options choose Add to Home Screen 
  4. Once the logo for your app and name pre-populate, click add. There will now be a Royal Crest Dairy app on your home screen.  

Android: 

  1. Open royalcrestdairy.com using Chrome for Android 
  2. Tap the menu button and tap Add to homescreen 
  3. Enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen
