We love Chippewa Valley Cheese for its freshness and high quality standards tasty, wholesome, ethically produced cheese. Animals are treated kindly and humanely. No Bovine Growth Hormone. No added Casein. No Added MPCNO. No mammal by-prducts fed to their cows. They use annatto for color, which comes from the seeds of the achiote tree found in Central and South America.
