Founded in Colorado Springs in 2017, Delicias Bakery is one of the finest wholesale artisan bread bakeries in Colorado. Delicias Bakery has serviced over 180 food establishments in the Southern Front Range area since its opening.

Inspired by his grandma’s cooking and devotion, Certified Master Baker Joshua Aldarondo went to culinary school after obtaining his bachelor’s degree in psychology.  Immediately after graduating from culinary school, he worked as a baker at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, FL. After four years was offered a position at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs and became the Executive Baker.  Delicias Bakery is operated as a family business, baking over 20 different doughs to create a wide variety of breads for every taste bud.

Chef Joshua brings his 18 years of experience to Delicias Bakery, earning the reputation for high quality breads and commitment to the community, providing free bread to those in need and supporting non profit organizations.
