Our latest creation features chunks of Italian herb marinated chicken breast, fresh garden vegetables and tender potato gnocchi pasta simmered together in a flavorful, light and creamy broth. The flavors meld together to provide a hearty bowl of soup sure to please the whole family. Cooking and Preparation Time: 15 minutes. Yields: 2-3 servings (36 ounces of soup).

Directions:

You Need: medium pot with lid, measuring spoons, measuring cup, stirring spoon, ladle
Allergens: Wheat, Dairy
Thaw in the refrigerator when ready to use. Cook as per directions within 3 days of thawing.
Place the medium pot on a medium burner with 2 teaspoons of oil (olive oil recommended). Preheat the pot for 2 minutes then carefully add the diced Italian chicken and the garden vegetable blend to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ingredients are hot.
Now pour in the pouch of creamy chicken broth PLUS 1 cup (8 fluid ounces) of water. Stir well then place the lid on the pot for 1-2 minutes, or until the broth comes to a low boil.
Add the gnocchi pasta to the pot and stir to mix evenly with the broth. Place the lid back on the pot and cook for an additional 5 to 6 minutes, or until the gnocchi is tender.
Remove the soup from the burner and turn off all heating elements. Serving suggestions: ladle the soup into bowls. Pairs well with a loaf of crusty bread and a fresh salad. Enjoy!
